SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Please be assured that your items will ship out expediently following order processing. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS, whose deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
The following time frames can be used as a general guideline for order processing:
Memberships – 2-3 days
Apparel and Merchandise – 1-2 weeks

Your complete satisfaction with your STRENGTH Fitness & Wellness product is our guarantee. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt of order if you are not completely satisfied. Return shipping charges are at buyer’s expense. Refunds will be credited to your credit card, minus any shipping charges. Company errors will be corrected at no charge. We reserve the right to charge for any alterations or replacements for which the company is not at fault. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
